Injection Moulding

With the help of 16 state-of-the-art injection moulding machines, Ernst Klever GmbH produce plastic components from a diverse range of thermoplastics.
We mostly process polypropylene, polyamide, polystyrene, ABS, POM, PBT, and thermoplastic elastomers. Small components from approximately 1.0 g and larger parts up to an injection weight of 350 g can be manufactured corresponding to a sample or design. The clamp force of the injection moulding machines ranges from 25 tons to 220 tons.

Small and very small parts for household and sanitary installations are also among the products manufactured by Ernst Klever GmbH. From a diverse range of plastics (which can be coloured during the production process) and additives, all components are manufactured by a fully automatic system with handling equipment to unload the resulting products.

Technical components are employed in a variety of business areas. We manufacture office and household articles, gardening and water processing components from polyethylene, ABS, polystyrene and polyamide, in some cases reinforced by glass fibres. Assembly by ultrasonic welding is also part of the production range of Ernst Klever GmbH.

As a renowned supplier of cutlery, the company can look back on a long tradition of experience in developing new designs and manufacturing procedures. In the area of cutlery, we mostly use polypropylene, ABS and POM plastics in various colours.
